An Interview with Gregorio Aparicio: Queen Anne®’s Machine Operator

There are many factors that go into making a brand and company successful but we sometimes forget to recognize those who do all the behind the scenes work. Without their hard work and efforts in the manufacturing process, we would have no product to sell!

Meet Gregorio Aparicio! With nearly 10 years of service for World’s Finest® Chocolate, Gregorio’s main responsibilities include machine operations on the Queen Anne production line. Over the years he has developed a preference for Queen Anne® Milk Chocolate Cordial Cherries (although he wants to see some new flavors that include a jam filling!).

Born and raised in Michoacán, Mexico, Gregorio now lives in Chicago with his wife and children. No one really knows this but he likes to draw pictures of cartoons and caricatures. He enjoys watching extreme sports like UFC and bull riding. His favorite all time movie is Ben-Hur (the original from 1959). If given the opportunity to share a meal with whomever he wanted, he would ask his wife. And that probably means they’ll be eating Italian, Mexican, Chinese, or Thai food – those are some of his favorites! Family is his priority, so when he’s not at work, his time is well spent with family either camping or just hanging out.
