How To Make:
Separate the chocolate from the cherry and fondant syrup from 10 cordials. Heat the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. When the chocolate begins to melt, add 1 cup of milk and whisk the chocolate into the milk until fully combined. Simmer.
Separately, muddle the cherries and fondant syrup. Slightly warm so the mixture stirs well, then coat chilled marshmallows.
The final result is a rich hot chocolate with sweet cherry overtones… perfect to share with a loved one!
